Reasunos offers high quality products including SiC MOSFET, SiC Schottky Barrier Diode, Silicon Based Planar High Voltage MOSFET, Super Junction MOSFET, Low Voltage MOSFET, LED driver IC, Motor Driver IC and series ESD&TVS electrostatic protection devices, and are widely used in new energy vehicles, charging piles, photovoltaic, inverter, energy storage, household appliances, industrial control, consumer electronics and other fields. Reasunos has passed ISO9001 certification, our products always meet RoHS standards, REACH regulations and other environmental requirements. Reasunos Semiconductor Hunan Company was officially established in 2022, and then the "Hunan University Semiconductor College Industry Education Integration Base" was established. HISTORY
2007-2014: Act as an agent for well-known semiconductor brands
2015-2016: Create Reasunos brand, R&D products and sales to overseas markets such as India, Russia, etc.
2017-2018: R&D for all kinds of MOSFET, and the annual average global shipment of products exceeded 800 million.
2019-2020: Independent R&D of high PF non-stroboscopic drive IC, and strategic cooperate with Joyoung, Midea, Emmett, Bull and other brands.
2021-2023: Deeply R&D the third-generation wide band gap semiconductor products, Reasunos Semiconductor Hunan Company was established in 2022.
